- NO RED WINE/COLOURED drinks IN THE BEDROOMS as the bedding is all white
- Guests leaving past check out time will be subject to a full nights rental late fee, as it will not allow time to prepare for the next guests
- Please wash dishes prior to leaving
OUTDOOR SPACE RULES
- No Glass on patio/deck area. Plastic plates/glasses provided
- Store the patio furniture cushions in the storage box provided, so they are not damp/wet for the next guests
HOT TUB RULES
- Children must be accompanied by an adult if using the hot tub
- Hot tub must be covered when not in use
- Please wear swimming attire in hot tub
- No foreign objects in hot tub
- Please shower before entering hot tub
- If the hot tub requires to be drained and refilled due to negligence (subject to one night fee)
